It was -4C (25F) as I set out on my frosty walk but once I got going it wasn't bad at all.
Nancy had bought lights for the outside of the house yesterday so I decided that today was the best day to get them up since our weather is supposed to go downhill this weekend. So Gordon got out the stepladder and with minimal curse words he got the ones up on the eaves. Then I did the garland wrap on the railing outside. So the outside is pretty much festive looking. (Photo compliments of Gordon.)
The rest of the day was spent quietly reading or taking a nap. Oh, the life of a retired person!
