We saw some beautiful country and I saw a lot of zigzag split rail fences. Gordon says I have a fetish for zigzag split rail fences. On the farm where I grew up there was a zigzag split rail fence that led from the barn to the pasture and I spent a lot of my childhood years walking along that laneway.
We decided since we can't get to gator country that this was a gator |
Isn't this a beautiful setting for a house? |
Lots of zigzag split rail fences |
Fall River |
World's smallest natural bridge (LOL) |
If you look closely you can see a fisher. He was in the middle of the | road and took off. |
This swan was in the swale close to home (there were two of them). |
Beautiful photos!
ReplyDeleteThat really is God's country, isn't it.

ReplyDeleteI enjoyed your photos, they are beautiful! All of the pictures were great but I have to say that I did favor the Split Rail Fence too.
